Alongside Ryan’s menu, we’ll be providing a selection of wines for the evening - available by the glass or the bottle (bottles do incur a £10 corkage fee)

Pearl barley crisp, smoked taramasalata, Mexican marigold oil, pickles.
Torched cured mackerel, winter tomatoes, aguachile.
Celeriac, slow cooked egg, cultured cream, Parmesan, elderberry capers, brown butter.
Braised beef shin croquette, kimchi mayo, crispy chilli oil.
Spiced hogget kofta, preserved lemon and wild garlic labneh, parsley and mint salad, pickled onion.
